My Muslimah Doll is a small family business based in Cardiff, Wales.

As a Muslimah and a mother to two incredible girls, I was conscious and intentional about raising them to be strong and confident in their Muslim faith and identity. At the same time, I wanted to help them discover and develop their unique gifts, talents and aspirations. This is something that required careful guidance and nurturing, and at the end of that journey, I founded My Muslimah Doll; dolls that weave faith with community, ambition and self. In a world full of over-stimulation, our dolls invite imaginative and creative storytelling, room for incredible conversations, the spark for thoughtful questions, and the inspiration to aspire. Play, inspire, aspire.

As a Muslim, I recognise the challenges Muslim girls and women may face in non-Muslim countries; which may prevent them from feeling confident in their faith and identity. That is why the dolls are female and visibly Muslim. Through play, I want to normalise seeing Muslim women at work or in the community. And I want Muslim girls to feel proud, empowered and comfortable being exactly who they are.
