Delivery Policy

  • You will be sent a confirmation e-mail on receipt of your order and once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order 1-3 days after it has been placed.

  • We currently deliver for free to addresses in Great Britain. All deliveries are sent via Evri.

  • Unfortunately, at the moment we do not by default deliver outside of Great Britain. However, we will try our best to accommodate any requests. Please contact us at info@mymuslimahdoll.co.uk before placing an order for delivery outside of Great Britain.

  • Once dispatched, My Muslimah Doll no longer takes responsibility for delivery. However we use Evri tracked delivery as our choice of provider and we will work with you and them to try and arrive at a solution.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Our return policy therefore entitles you to a refund for item(s) bought, which remain in a resaleable condition.

    1. The offer only applies to purchases of My Muslimah Medic made from our website in March 2026.

    2. The offer can only be used once per person.

    3. The offer only applies to returns made from address in GB.

    4. You must make the request for a free return via info@mymuslimahdoll.co.uk within 31 days of the order being delivered. You must provide proof of purchase (order number, and billing address or delivery address).

    5. On a return request being accepted by us, we will provide a Evri returns label for you to use. We will not cover any cost of return outside of the Evri returns label.

    6. We advise that you securely repackage the item(s) in the packaging box and filler your order was sent in. If the original packaging box is no longer usable, you will need to provide an alternative. Please note, the returns label we offer will only cover the cost of sending a parcel to us where the circumference of the parcel box is no more than 245cm, and no side can be longer than 120cm. The packaged parcel box must also weigh less than 1kg.

    7. The item(s) must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition otherwise we will reserve the right to refuse refunds.

    8. The offer can be revoked at any time without notice, without prejudice to orders made before the offer is revoked.

    9. If a Free Returns request is not accepted by us then you will bear the cost of return.

  • On receipt of your return, the item will be inspected to ensure that its condition remains new and unused. We aim to notify you of the outcome of our decision within 1-3 days of the return being received. Where we accept a refund will be made, this will be done promptly and will be processed via the method of payment you used.

  • We take pride in offering you the best service. Therefore, to ensure that you do not receive a defective item, it is our policy that every My Muslimah Doll is carefully inspected before packaging. However, if you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@mymuslimahdoll.co.uk with proof of purchase and details of the damage and we will look to arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please note, this does not cover reasonable wear and tear to be expected from play.
